International Coaches College was held for the first time in Europe. Therefore we have choosen Prague, Czech Republic where I can not only prepare it but also keep eye on it from my Development facilitating position and help to plan other clinics for the future.

Originally we had 48 participants plus 3 instructors - Sharon Drysdale, Linda Wells and John Tschida. After some changes and last moment cancellations we have ended up with 40 attendants from 17 countries: Belgium, Croatia,  Czech Republic, Denmark, Great Britain, Germany, Greece,  Gurnsey, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland and Ukraine. Attendants were very receptive, gave questions, communicate with instructors well. Instructors were excellent, gave a lot of good informations, able to answer any questions, in general very much appreciated by attendants. Original idea was to provide very top and deep coaching information in attempt to lift up the level in coaching in Europe. Most of the participants were national team coaches.  This idea was certainly inspired by great knowledge and abilities of all three clinicians.

Czech Softball Association as a local organizer did a good job, provided welcome party, took care of local transportation and hotel arrangements. Slight problems at the beggining especially with the hotel were corrected and rest went well. Every participant has recieved hard copy of Clinic manual. Czech Softball Association has also provided this manual in electronic copy, in pdf. format.

Paricipants have recieved Certificates, some of them were missing due to changes of names and some of them were wrong written names. These following coaches need still their certificates: Sandra Frische, Nikolaos Nikitaidis, Liz Kelly, Jitka Zakorova, Pavel Prachar.

Unfortunately, Sharon Drysdale could not continue to Malaysia due to her illness and had to return home right after the clinic.

I strongly recommend to continue this ICC Programme
