Federations / Associations
contacted on regular basis, most of information on Development Website, focus
on so.called „Priority Countries“ – Eastern Europe. Tried to help all the
needs and requests of all federations. |

Most oif work was focused on help
to Poland to organize World Championship for Junior girls including visits in
Warszau and Kutno. |

6. Other Clinics |
|
Start to work with ISF (Lori
Nolan) on 2nd International Coaches College (cooperation with NFCA). First
was in Prague, second will be offered on Congress to other countries to
organize. Preliminary dates are December 2007-January 2008. Another
Clinic-Coaches Meeting is planned for June 2007 during JWWC in Kutno, Poland |

7. Equipment |

Continues discussions with ISF
about the storage in Europe. Idea was finalized in Beijing and promised to do it at the beggining of next year.
Currently agreed and finalized the shippment for Austria, Poland and Romania
plus some extras to be sent to Prague and than distributed. |

8. Promotional materials |
|
All videos, dvds, booklets,
brochures or magazines, presentations are given to evrybody any time we meet
– i.e. local clinics, tournaments, championships and any other occasions – continuous work, five sets distributed
in China, new DVDs with Mens games from European Cup available. Prepared some
more sets for ESF Congress in Zagreb in February 2007. |

9. Men and Boys promotion |
|
Effort focused preparation of ISF World Cup Men 2007 in
Prague – new competition organized to fill the gap between two WC and promote
men´s fastpitch in Europe. WC is basicaly ready with 10 teams, trying to fill two more. |

10. ESF/ISF |
|
Main effort was done in attempts
to keep organization of Junior World Chamionship in Europe, namely in Poland.
Now it looks it will move somewhere else, trying to keep it in Europe (Italy,
Czech, Holland) |

11. General |
|
Besides regular work and helping
federations/associations with their plans and clinics this period was
focused. on preparation of two major ISF events for next year JWWC and ISF
World Cup Men and communications and plans with ISF for the future. Besides, all th reports (monthly,
quarterly and year overview plus financial – expenses report) were done and
prepared for the Congress |
