2nd INTERNATIONAL COACHES COLLEGE in Europe will be organized on January 9-13, 2008. Where - it will be decided from bids of european federations/association who will be interested. This top event is based on agreement between International Spoftball Federation and National Fastpitch Coaches Association in USA. Bellow are the basic requirements to be fullfilled by host:

1. The hosting country will provide housing, meals and local transportation for the instructors.
2. Provide a Welcome Reception for all participants and instructors for the night before the Coaching College is scheduled to begin.
3. Translate the Coaching College Participant Manual (will be provided in English) into the native language.
4. Make enough copies of the manual for the Participants. Should be provided in a binder or notebook.
5. Manual for each participant to have a copy in either English or in the language you are providing.
6. Provide lunch at facility and arrange accommodations for all participants.  Will be reimbursed by ISF, up to $10,000USD, once a financial report has been submitted.
7. Provide assistance during the coaching college with whatever needs might arise.
8. Provide necessary meeting equipment, including but not limited to:

·         Tables and chairs for participants and staff

·         LCD projector (for PowerPoint and video clips)

·         Screen

·         Overhead projector

·         Dry erase board and pens

·         Extension cords

·         Table for AV equipment

·         Table and setup for registration

·         Raised stage for demonstration

·         2 bases

·         Homeplate

·         Bat (2) and balls (4)

·         Softy balls (if possible)
