ISF World Championship will be first time in Europe !

ISF Executive Council has definitely awarded hosting the ISF World Junior Women´s Championship next year to Poland. EC ISF took this decision during their meeting in Beijing in September. Right after the Championship Secretary General Andrew Loechner accompanied by ESF Development officer Pavel Prachar visited Poland and discussed the details with representatives of Polish Baseball and Softball Federation. President Kaczmarek and SG Szymanski showed their guests venue, accommodation for teams and hotels for umpires and officials.

Mr Loechner and Mr Prachar met also director of LitlleLeague Center in Kutno (venue for the championship) Ms Beata Kashuba and officials of Polish Olympic Commitee.

Mr Loechner will come back later this year to sign the contract about hosting the event. Pavel Prachar will make the plans to help Poland with the coaching, scoring, organization of the championship and other details needed.

The World Championship is scheduled for June 20-30 in Kutno, Poland.
