Softball coach from U.S. and his wife are looking for educational oportunities in Europe.

My wife and I are looking at educational opportunities in Europe .  She is an elementary school principal  and I am a physical education teacher.  We live and work in Illinois .  I have a strong background in girls fastpitch softball from a coaching and organizational standpoint.  We would consider moving to a country in Europe for a few years after we retire our current positions soon.  Can you give us any tips about opportunities in Belgium , Holland , Germany , France , and England ?  Are there any websites that could help us or any contacts we can make in any of these countries? Any information would be appreciated.
